Well I am back, I started again, My dh set up a spare computer next to my treadmill, so I was able to walk the water ways of England, and the country side, I managed to do 20 minutes at .8 mph. I know not fast but it is a start, I want to work up to 30 min at 3 mph. some day, but I have to keep at it. If I don't I won't be able to walk at all.

I just waked 25 minutes on the byways of the English country side! It was nice. It was way cool

Well It has been a long time, I am working on getting better, I actually walked 25 minutes today. yippee!!!

My walking record leaves a bit to be desired, but I am doing it again, I just did 5 minutes, My next break I will do some more. (I did get up to 3 mph for about 3 steps) I want to get to 3 mph where it is comfortable.

new start
Well I received my FLFLS yesterday (Food Lovers Fat Loss System) I have decided to start today, I am planning on doing my best with this plan. Day one tells me to incorporate snack into my day. (two hours after I eat) I weighed in at 328 (which is 8 pounds less then when I first ordered my FLFLS kit) so that is a good start.

Well shame on me I have not been walking (my knee started to hurt) But I walked this morning 10 min. I plan on walking on my break.
